Waterborne Works has space available to hire in our bright and airy creative studio.

24 hour keyless access, shared kitchen, regular cleaner, with extra flex space available for hire for special projects.
The studio is centrally located just off Leighton Buzzard Market Square and is shared by a mix of local creative businesses.
The spaces are flexible and can be adapted to various uses - we have hosted photography, ceramics, filmmaking, fashion design, fine painters, traditional signwriting, yoba, pilates, sound baths, film screenings - the studio is also plugged into the local creative community and studio residents regularly participate in (and often instigate) local creative undertakings, including The Co Lab, Buzz Cinema, Artbox.LB - overall the studio has a respectful and collaborative vibe.
